How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can also track your status by logging into your account and visiting the 'Order History' section.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for unworn and unwashed items in their original packaging. Please use our online returns portal to generate a prepaid shipping label.
Does TOMS still give shoes to people in need?
TOMS has evolved its giving model. We now invest 1/3 of our profits in grassroots efforts, including organizations that support mental health, access to opportunity, and ending gun violence.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Klarna for interest-free installments.
How do I know what size to buy?
TOMS generally run true to size. We recommend ordering the size you normally wear in casual or dress shoes. If you are typically between sizes, we suggest going with the smaller size as TOMS will stretch slightly as you break them in.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to many countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery timelines vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.
